As it came for justice

Out of the darkness and into the light she came wielding her sword in one hand, her scales in the other.

Marching forward through the rocky battleground she marched, she marched and stared, she watched, her eyes wide open.

She carried an amulet pinned inside her blouse, engraved on the the amulet she read the word, she read with her heart, the word.

The word was Justice. She clutched the amulet, her strengths' were mighty. Yet she came in peace.

She is Justice, as she is just, she is not weak, she is proud, she is mighty, she is Justice .

What is in a name

Astraea ("the star-maiden") is the daughter of Zeus and Themis.
She was, as was her mother, a goddess of justice.
During the Golden Age, when the gods dwelled among mankind, she lived on the earth.
When evil and wickedness increased its grip on humanity, the gods abandoned the habitations of mankind.
Astraea was the last to leave and took up her abode among the stars where she was transformed into the constellation Virgo.
